I am one of those readers who was completely and totally sucked into the Dark/Light World, and I reread the story of Dorian and Gabs at least 5 time. If you have not read my review of The Dark Light, you can do so here: Review of Dark Light
How did I feel about the second in the series, The Dark Prince? To be honest, I was scared to read it. I didn't know how it would live up to my expectations. You know that feeling, right???
The Dark Prince did not disappoint!!! Passion and heat jumps off the pages in a full force assault. The entire back story unfolds as Gabs learns who Dorian really is, why he was sent to her and what he must do. How can Dorian even more intense than he was in TDL? He is!!! Dorian is shown in all his power and his weakness. His entire soul is bared. We see him as he is: a conflicted man in desperate love with a woman he can never have. There are seemingly too many forces in both their lives for their relationship to succeed.
One of those forces being Gabs herself. She throws more obstacles in her way than almost any character I have read. Some valid, some not. She lives in varying states of anger, pain and hurt all the while trying to push it away and not be who she truly is.
The sex? The heat between Dorian and Gabs (Aurora? Jared?) is LETHAL!!! Seriously, this is a hot, hot read. Dorian's ruined me (shiver)...
Overall, I give this Book a 4 and definitely plan to reread.

You
mean sexually? Wow, um…I can’t really pick just one. I do like when he gets
aggressive. That feeling that he wants me so bad that he can’t contain himself,
that he can’t get enough…it drives me insane.
You will be
managing a lingerie store for Dorian. What would suggest for Aurora if she
stopped by? A nice bustier? Garters? What do you think Jared would like?
What
would I suggest? I would suggest she back her skinny ass up and get the hell
out of my store. And I could give a damn what Jared likes on her. That’s not
